Financial services firms must continuously update their internal compliance systems in response ongoing changes in regulatory requirements including liquidity, capital, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, supervision and recordkeeping.
New regulatory frameworks including MiFID, Basel III and the Dodd-Frank Act have not only created more extensive compliance requirements but also added significant costs to the financial services industry.
